		<description>I certainly would not take the position that the authors opinion is unimpeachable.  However, she does address this point.  Her claim is that the world at this point still has enough agricultural production going on to make every human being on it fat.  However, enormous amounts of our agriculture go to source derivative products such as additives and the like.  She also points out that &quot;big food&quot; also encourages farmland in developing countries to be bought up by non-native businesses to produce products destined for non-native consumption.  Her claim here is that that there are a number of countries with high hunger marks that are heavy exporters of food products.</description>
